Recently, the integrated energy project of Shenzhen Senior Materials (Foshan) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., invested and constructed by Guangdong Haina Tianguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has successfully passed completion acceptance and been put into operation.
Centered on the clean‑energy system of photovoltaics + energy storage + digitalization, the project boasts a total installed PV capacity of 22.84 MW, supported by a 5.64 MW/11.29 MWh energy storage system. It forms an integrated green energy base featuring multi‑energy complementarity and intelligent regulation. The project not only lays a solid foundation for the park’s shift toward zero‑carbon manufacturing, but also serves as a replicable practical benchmark for the green transition of the industrial sector.

I. Multi‑energy Integration Delivers Remarkable Green Benefits
Through deep synergy between photovoltaics and energy storage, the project achieves an annual total power generation and discharge of over 28 million kWh, equivalent to a carbon dioxide emission reduction of approximately 22,819 tons. This system reshapes the park’s energy consumption structure and injects substantial green momentum into regional green and low‑carbon transition via quantifiable and traceable environmental contributions.
II. Diversified Layout Empowered by Intelligence
Tailored to the large‑scale and multi‑scenario features of Senior Materials’ Foshan base, the project team developed highly compatible technical solutions and adopted diversified construction models based on on‑site conditions. PV facilities are deeply integrated with buildings and production scenarios, covering factory rooftops (TPO flexible roofs and concrete roofs) and ground parking lots. While ensuring structural safety, it builds a three‑dimensional clean power generation matrix for the park.
With the smart energy management platform at its core, the project promotes integrated coordination of sources, grids, loads and storage. It optimizes PV output, storage charge‑discharge and production power consumption in real time to realize precise matching of green power, driving refined and intelligent upgrading of energy management.

Silent and dust‑free construction techniques are fully adopted, and UAV hoisting is innovatively introduced to minimize impacts on rooftop structures and production environments. All construction plans are dynamically aligned with the park’s production schedule, and large‑scale equipment entry strictly avoids peak production hours to ensure zero‑disruption delivery.
Whole‑process Systematic Control
An all‑round management system covering personnel, materials and operations is established.
