Yunfu, Guangdong – September 16, 2026 – The Phase II 500kWp distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation project of Guangdong Supai Prefabricated Structure Technology Co., Ltd. has been officially completed in Xinxing County, Yunfu City. Since construction commenced on August 21, the project finished all construction works in merely 26 days and will soon enter the grid connection and acceptance stage, adding strong momentum to the company’s green manufacturing endeavors.

High-Standard Configuration for High-Efficiency PV Power Station
Built on around 4,000 square meters of color-coated steel rooftops in the factory, the Phase II project adopts the operation mode of "self-consumption first, surplus power fed into the grid". Clean electricity will prioritize meeting the demand of on-site production and daily office operations, with excess power connected to the public grid.
For core equipment selection, the project upholds high-efficiency and high-reliability standards: it is fitted with Tongwei 630Wp conventional monocrystalline PV modules, reaching a total installed capacity of 500.22kWp through optimized layout. For power conversion, the project deploys Huawei string inverters, leveraging industry-leading inversion technology to boost power generation efficiency and long-term operational stability. The grid-connection system adopts a 0.4kV voltage-level access scheme, ensuring safe and smooth integration with the factory’s internal power distribution network.

Dual-Phase Synergy Unlocks Green Emission Reduction Benefits
Guangdong Supai’s Phase I 399.55kWp PV project was previously grid-connected and accepted, delivering stable operation and outstanding generation performance. With the completion of Phase II, the total installed PV capacity across the factory will surpass 900kWp.
Once fully commissioned, the combined annual power output of the two phases is estimated at approximately 860,000 kWh, equivalent to cutting around 540 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year. The steady supply of green power will effectively hedge against electricity cost volatility, inject low-carbon impetus into prefabricated building production, and support the company in meeting its energy conservation and emission reduction targets.

Efficient Delivery Demonstrates Professional Service Strength
From site mobilization to full completion within 26 days, the project team from Haina Tianguang New Energy scientifically coordinated construction workflows and exercised refined control over the progress and quality of each phase. The project was delivered at an accelerated pace while upholding strict safety standards, achieving rapid and high-quality project implementation.
The completion of Phase II marks both a key milestone for Guangdong Supai in pursuing sustainable development and advancing green manufacturing, and another solid proof of Haina Tianguang New Energy’s deep presence in the industrial distributed PV sector and its strong fast-track delivery capability.
Looking ahead, Haina Tianguang New Energy will continue to draw on its professional PV expertise and end-to-end project experience to deliver tailored distributed energy solutions for more commercial and industrial clients, empowering manufacturing enterprises to accelerate low-carbon transition and jointly shape a new paradigm of green development.
